This instrument is jointly developed by Tsinghua University and the Institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is mainly used for the inspection of piezoelectric devices and equipment, and serves as a comprehensive solution for measuring and analyzing piezoelectric devices and equipment. It can quickly and conveniently assess and test the parameter characteristics of piezoelectric devices.

The impedance analyzer is a device that can replace imported instruments for measuring technical indicators that are invisible during the production process of ultrasonic devices but have an important impact on product quality. Its features include: ease of use, combination of indicators and graphics, accurate parameters, low price, and strong guidance for production.

The impedance analyzer is mainly applicable for measuring the impedance characteristics of various ultrasonic devices, including: piezoelectric ceramics, transducers, ultrasonic cleaning machines, ultrasonic plastic welding machines, underwater acoustics, magnetostrictive materials, ultrasonic disruptors, ultrasonic atomization, ultrasonic dental cleaning, reversing radars, ultrasonic ranging, ultrasonic emulsification, ultrasonic scaling, ultrasonic motors, and all equipment that uses ultrasonic.

Measuring the impedance of piezoelectric devices is a prerequisite for the correct use of the devices. For piezoelectric devices, the main parameters can be obtained through the impedance analyzer, including: resonant frequency (Fs), anti-resonant frequency (Fp), half-power points (F1 and F2), maximum admittance (Gmax), static capacitance (C0), dynamic resistance (R1), dynamic capacitance (C1), dynamic inductance (L1), free capacitance (CT), free dielectric constant, mechanical quality factor (Qm), electromechanical coupling coefficient (Keff), Kp, K31, K33, etc., and can draw five characteristic curves of the piezoelectric devices (admittance characteristic diagram, impedance characteristic diagram, admittance polar diagram, impedance polar diagram, logarithmic coordinate diagram).
