Detailed Introduction & Our Strengths

The PV520A series of ultrasonic component analyzers (Impedance Analyzer) have been jointly developed by the Department of Automation at Tsinghua University and the Institute of Acoustics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. They serve as comprehensive solutions for the detection of piezoelectric ultrasonic devices and equipment.
The PV520A is a new-generation ultrasonic component analyzer developed on the basis of the PV70A-P (computer version) and PV70A-D (built-in display version), incorporating the advantages of the former two. Its features are as follows:
  1. The large screen and full-screen touch functionality endow the PV520A with the operating experience similar to that of the PV70A-P (computer version), without the cumbersome feeling associated with computer operation.
  2. Leveraging the powerful data processing capabilities of the new super-strong ARM processor, the measurement accuracy of the PV520A is significantly higher than that of the PV70A-D (with display version), reaching the level of the PV70A-P (computer version).
  3. The full-screen touch operation is more user-friendly, eliminating the need for the numerous physical buttons of the PV70A-D (built-in display version). Consequently, the operation of the instrument becomes extremely simple. Meanwhile, the product is smaller in size, lighter in weight, and more portable.
  4. It can be connected to a computer for operation like the PV70A-P, and the software is fully compatible, sparing users the need to familiarize themselves with new software operations.

Four Major Advantages of the Product

Testing equipment plays a crucial role in product quality control, thus the “credibility” of the product is of great significance. Our products possess four major advantages:
  1. They are developed with technology jointly contributed by Tsinghua University and the Institute of Acoustics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

For ultrasonic measurement, the admittance circle and logarithmic graph are two important graphs (these two graphs are the main means of judging qualification), along with more than ten parameters: resonance frequency Fs, large conductance Gmax, bandwidth F2 – F1, anti-resonance frequency Fp, quality factor Qm, free capacitance CT, dynamic resistance R1, dynamic inductance L1, dynamic capacitance C1, static capacitance C0, effective electromechanical coupling coefficient Keff. The PV520A series of ultrasonic component analyzers are suitable for measuring various ultrasonic devices, including: piezoelectric ceramics, transducers, ultrasonic cleaning machines, ultrasonic plastic welders, hydroacoustics, magnetostrictive materials, ultrasonic pulverizers, ultrasonic atomization, Ultrasonic dental cleaning, reversing radar, ultrasonic ranging, phacoemulsification, ultrasonic descaling, ultrasonic motors, and all other devices and equipment that utilize piezoelectric and ultrasonic technologies.
